I haven’t received a check.+
As stated in the FMC Freedom Pass program rules and regulations, financial incentive checks are not being issued for amounts less than $200. Click here for a list of products and application rates included in 2018 FMC Freedom Pass Agronomic Rewards.
It is important to note: FMC Agronomic Rewards financial incentive payments are based 100 percent on retailer reporting through independent third-partytransaction reporting services. If you did not purchase your product from an authorized FMC retailer a rebate will not be paid. If the purchase was from a retailer who does not report purchase data to FMC, you can provide the retailer with copies of your invoices and ask that they submit your purchases for a financial incentive. This is a one-time exception, to ensure future rebate payments, make sure you are working with an authorized FMC retailer who reports EDI purchases.
To ensure payments are as accurate as possible, growers will receive a separate payment from FMC for all purchases from a single retail location. When calculating your potential financial incentive, be sure to calculate purchases made from multiple retailers individually.
Legally, manufacturers are required to make financial incentive payments to the purchaser as listed on retailer reports. For example, if purchases are invoiced to John Smith and to Smith Farms, even if it is the same address, the calculation for incentive checks must be done separately with the correct payee noted.
FMC Freedom Pass Agronomic Rewards financial incentive checks for EDI data reported by the deadline of October 5 were mailed on December 14, 2018. Some checks were delivered directly to the grower, while others were sent to the retailer to distribute to his/her customers. The location for where checks were mailed was based on the retailer’s selection. During the holiday season, please allow 7-10 days for mail delivery. My check isn’t for the correct amount.+
It is possible that the grower could be receiving more than one financial incentive check. To ensure payments are as accurate as possible, growers will receive separate payments from FMC based on all purchases from a single retail location. When calculating your potential financial incentive, be sure to include only the purchases from a single retail location. If you still think the amount is incorrect, contact your retailer to determine what information was reported to Data Dimensions.
It is important to note: FMC Freedom Pass Agronomic Rewards payments are based 100 percent on retailer reporting through independent third-party transaction reporting services. It is possible that an error was made in the data submission process. Contact your retailer and compare copies of your invoices with the amount submitted for a rebate by the retailer. If an error is found, the retailer will need to resubmit the correct amount to FMC and a replacement check will be issued.
Note: If you did not purchase your product from an authorized FMC retailer, or if the purchase was from a retailer who does not report EDI data to the manufacturer, a rebate will not be paid.
The per-acre payment for the FMC Freedom Pass Agronomic Rewards is based on a set rate per acre. For example, the Authority® herbicide program pays $3.00/acre. The applied rate for Authority® Maxx herbicide is 6 oz./A to receive $3.00 per acre payment, while the applied rate for Authority® Assist herbicide is 8 oz./A to receive $3.00 per acre. I received a check and I am not sure why.+
This year, FMC introduced FMC Freedom Pass which includes a pillar for Agronomic Rewards. To maintain the simplicity of the program, no grower sign-up was required, so your purchase of FMC products qualified you for a financial incentive. As noted in your check package, your retailer reported your purchases of qualifying products. You can learn more about this year’s FMC Freedom Pass program by exploring the website.
